“In Hedgewitch Portals chalk, 100 pounds of moss, lichens and assorted other botanical specimens and string models of Einstein-Rosen bridges filled a space as a vast meditation on gravity, electromagnetism, bog ecosystems and sigil-making rituals. The moss/bog relationship points towards Sphagnan, Trainor's upcoming performance collaboration with Sarah Lypstk. Sphagnan explores bog rituals, Northwest history, living outside, the craftsmanship of conductive ink making, digital witchcraft, adventure, and transformation.“
